HOW QUICKLY CAN YOU ANSWER MY QUESTION?
We answer messages and emails in the order they are received and we try to respond as promptly as possible. We mostly reply within 24 hours of receiving a message or email regarding cone loader or herb packing tool inquiry.


HOW DOES JUST A PINCH WORK? Just a Pinch is a one-handed packing tool designed for smooth, mess-free transfers of loose, dry material. To use it, pull back the lever or "slide," pack your material into the back end of the device by firmly pressing down on said product in either a grinder or tray. Then, press the top slide down—like clicking a pen—to load your bowl with precision. Once packed, you can even use the back end of the device to gently tamp down your flower, if desired making it a handy herb filling tool.


WHAT CAN I USE JUST A PINCH FOR?
It’s perfect for herbal supplements, culinary herbs, loose-leaf tea, and other dry materials. Please note that it is designed solely as a precision-herb filling & packing tool and is not intended for use as a smoking device.


IS JUST A PINCH REALLY ONE-SIZE-FITS-ALL?
Yes! The current model is designed to pack a standard bowl with an ample amount of material, making it ideal for most herb filling tool users. We are actively considering larger-sized herb packing and filling tool models for those who may need more capacity.


HOW LONG IS THE PROCESSING PERIOD?
Order processing times are between 1–3 business days after the day you place your order. Most packages are prepared within 24 hours, but if our warehouse is exceptionally backed up, processing times may extend to 3 business days following your order.


GENERAL SHIPPING INFORMATION:
Our warehouse processes and ships out all orders Monday–Friday (excluding major holidays). Once your order is processed, your package should be shipped within 1–2 business days, and you will receive an email with your tracking number. For U.S. orders, E-Packet is our primary carrier, while international shipments typically take between 5–25 days from the date of shipment.


CAN I CHANGE MY SHIPPING ADDRESS AFTER MY ORDER HAS BEEN PLACED?
Once an order is placed, our warehouse staff can pack and ship your order very quickly—often within 24 hours—so it isn’t always possible to process address change requests. If you notice an error, please email us ASAP with your name and order number so we can try to make any necessary corrections before your package departs. There’s no guarantee we can change it, especially once it leaves our warehouse, but we’ll do everything we can.


WILL MY ORDER COME IN ONE PACKAGE?
Depending on the size of your order, you may receive separate packages that could arrive 1–2 business days apart.


OUT OF STOCK/BACKORDERED ITEMS:
If any of your items are out of stock, we will email you with an expected ship date. If an item is not expected to be restocked within 2 weeks, we will automatically refund you for that item.


DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?
Yes, we ship internationally and to almost all countries. Domestic orders usually arrive within 5–7 business days after shipment, while international orders may take 5–25 days depending on your location.

After your order is shipped, domestic packages typically arrive within 5–7 business days, and international packages within 5–25 days, depending on the destination.


HOW CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?
Simply visit the “Track My Order” link on our Home Page or Main Menu and enter your tracking number to see where your package is. If you need further assistance, please don’t hesitate to contact us.


WHY ISN'T MY TRACKING NUMBER WORKING?
Often, tracking numbers function only on domestic orders because foreign postal systems may not update the package’s location in our carriers’ systems. International shipments usually take between 2–4 weeks to update. If your order is domestic and the tracking number isn’t working, please let us know so we can verify that your items were properly shipped.


THE TRACKING NUMBER SAYS DELIVERED, BUT I HAVEN'T RECEIVED MY ORDER?
For domestic (U.S.) orders, once a package leaves our warehouse, delivery issues become the responsibility of USPS. Please contact USPS at (800) 275-8777 to locate your package at your local post office.


I RECEIVED A DAMAGED ITEM, WHAT DO I DO?
We apologize that your shipment didn’t arrive in perfect condition. Please contact us immediately with your name and order number for further assistance.


WHAT DO I DO IF SOMETHING IS MISSING OR DAMAGED IN MY ORDER?
